TIPS FOR A FUN AND SUCCESSFUL EVENT

Most popular event days for elementaries: Fridays, although Thursday evenings and Saturday mid-mornings have proven to be good alternatives as well.

Length: Three hours of event time.

Cost of game tickets: 4/$1.00 pre-sale. 3/$1.00 at the door.

Number of tickets per game: 1 or 2 (occasionally 3).

Pre-Sale tickets: increase attendance and eliminate ticket lines.

Game worker requirements: one per game (except in games where a ball is thrown, then 2 workers).

Set-up time: 1 1/2 - 2 hours (depending on classroom vs. gym set-up).

Take down time: 1 hour.
