We work hard to ensure every shop is packed correctly before it leaves our warehouse — but even Santa’s elves can make the occasional mistake. That’s why we ask you to count items as you set up your shop using the master inventory sheets included in your delivery envelope (plus an inventory sheet in every box).
The same principle applies when closing your shop. Count as you pack, enter the totals on the Express Checkout form, and we’ll generate a detailed, accurate invoice based only on what actually sold. 

Built-In Fraud Protection
Manual inventory protects everyone. Because we invoice based on your counted numbers, you know with confidence that you’re only being billed for items that sold.
Your final invoice also includes a breakdown of exactly what sold — creating a helpful sales history for your school. This record keeping isn’t just good bookkeeping; it prevents discrepancies and protects your volunteers, your school, and our company.
