​As we approach July, being a School Gift Shop Company means we think Christmas in July!  July is also when we are in the middle of our busy company picnic season.

Crew training is the perfect time to introduce the picnic business to the new hires and go over any new safety features with the returning crew.   We are proud to be a third generation Michigan business. Our warehouse is in a small village, so it’s a great way for local teenagers to get their first job without needing a car to travel to a bigger city. It’s fun watching the shy kids come out of their shells as the picnic season rolls along.

Did you know that we can do small mid week events at your company?  What do I mean by small?  We will come to your business and pop fresh popcorn for your employees at lunch/on breaks.  Picture it, the smell of fresh popped popcorn wafting through your building.  It’s a fun weekday treat that lets your employees know you care!   We even have popcorn flavorings they can sprinkle on! (we can also serve cotton candy or sno kones) We can even bring a small sports inflatable if you want your employees to have a break time challenge or an interoffice competition.  March Madness is a great time to have a mid week event that features a snack and inflatable basketball!  You could also use the end of March Madness as a celebration time, let’s be honest your employees won’t care WHY they get a treat, they will just be excited to receive one! 

Got a big inside space at your workplace?  You could have a cornhole tournament in the breakroom for a a little friendly lunchtime competition.  Departments could compete against each other for bragging rights. We also have an inflatable money machine, you could award winners with a trip into the money machine to see how much they can grab while the timer ticks away.  You can fill the machine with real money, fake money or anything lightweight (certificates you create) whatever you want that will float around and doesn’t have sharp edges. F​It’s always fun when we transition from Santa’s Secret Shop®/Holiday Gift Shop® season to carnival and company picnic season, especially when it’s time to see what’s new for the upcoming season! This year we have some fun new equipment and a few pieces that will replace items we’ve retired.  We pride ourselves in having clean and quality inflatables and equipment.  As such, they can wear down over time and when we deem them unsafe in any way shape or form off to retirement the equipment is sent. 

After every event, we have a dedicated team of workers who clean and inspect each and every piece of equipment that goes out.   Our dedication to clean equipment goes hand in hand with our dedication to safety, which is why we have the Advanced Inflatable Safety Operations Certification from SIOTO (Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization).  We believe strongly in ensuring that every inflatable that leaves our location is clean and ready to the handle the fun.

We have a new Carnival themed bounce slide combo.  This unit has an internal slide next to a bounce area.  The Carnival theme is awesome with a red/white tent looking front façade (has windows to still allow internal visibility).  Side windows make it convenient to watch your children bounce and slide inside. You get a lot of bang for your money with a bounce slide combo, the fun of a bounce house with the extra fun of a slide.  An internal slide means that when they slide down they are still in the bounce house and don’t need to reenter the unit to continue having bouncy fun.

Also new is a dual Rockwall slide, this allows for 2 patrons to race up the Rockwall portion and slide down- on the same side as the Rockwall portion.  This means it’s easier to watch your child play without you having to run from front to back and back to front, as they climb up and slide down as often as you let them.

We have updated our Wiped Out inflatable to a new version we are referring to as Wiped Out II.  The new version has less of a drop should you not land on the next target, when you are jumping from obstacle to obstacle.  This one is fun to watch and compete amongst your friends or family as to who can get the farthest with the fewest attempts.
Darts anyone?  How about safe inflatable dart board with flying dart balls instead of sharp darts?  We have a new giant inflatable dart game, the game stands roughly ten feet tall!  Always fun to have a little friendly competition at your event.

Hosting a picnic with limited outlets, but want to include not one or two, but three different sports challenges?  Then our 3 in 1 Sports Challenge would be perfect for you! Features baseball, basketball, and football fun all in one space!  Surely you could best your child in one of the three, right?!
