That’s why we ask you to count items as you set up your shop using the master inventory sheets included in your delivery envelope (plus an inventory sheet in every box). The same principle applies when closing your shop. Count as you pack, enter the totals on the Express Checkout form, and we’ll generate a detailed, accurate invoice based only on what actually sold. Two items that stood out in 2024 were how much kids love a trophy and bears they can squeeze! Next up is reaching out to our vendors as we start ordering gifts for 2025. Now that it’s February we have attended one buying show with two more to go! Believe it or not we generally have our 2025 Gift Line ordered and set by the end of April. This doesn’t mean it’s set in stone, if we come across something later in the year that we believe the kids would love we often add to our inventory. We take great pride in making sure we have great gifts in every price point. (our gifts range from 50¢ to $11.75)
Don’t forget we are the only school gift shop supplier that lets you visit us at Open Houses and see the gifts in person. This allows you to see the value you get with our gifts. Not only do we allow you to see the items in person, we also have what we refer to as Bargain Buys – these are items that we love, but we might not have been able to get enough to run in all the school shops. Instead of picking and choosing who gets the gifts we let you buy the gifts at a great price to help supplement your gift shop. Of course, you don’t have to supplement, as we have a great range of gifts year after year. However, this allows you to have even more variety at your shop or use the items in your school store, teacher prizes, or wherever you see fit, the possibilities really are endless. Please note we are still working on confirming our 2025 Open House Schedule. Did you know? We have a team of Santa Drivers who deliver all our gift shops. This eliminates shipping costs allowing us to provide high quality gifts. We don’t have to only purchase gifts that are light and cost less to mail, we can get quality gifts we would love to receive. Even after we select an item we often get samples from vendors so we can see and touch the item at our office to determine quality, see how it handles after several people look and touch and scope out the packaging. One big difference between our school gift shop services and other companies is we offer local team gifts. We carry Lions, Tigers, Red Wings, Pistons, University of Michigan and Michigan State gifts in several different price points. We are proud of our Detroit Lions and are excited for the next season and all the opportunities that Lions have in front of them, we are actively stocking our gift shop with many new and wonderful Detroit Lions gifts!
